Welcome to Harris-Hillman Special Education School


Harris- Hillman School
provides a safe and appropriate learning environment for students with multiple disabilities including students who are medically fragile and who have dual diagnoses. Our purpose is to ensure that each student achieves the maximum degree of independence and achievement possibe through the use of individual instruction, collaboration and community involvement.

Students participate in a developmental program in which best practices and state-of-the-art adaptive equipment and curricular materials are used. Each students' Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team determines the type and level of services needed for the student to make progress in their skill development.


Harris Hillman School's First Resource Fair  On Febuary 10, 2010

Our first Resource Fair is scheduled for 2/10/2010 at Harris Hillman School. Our school counselor, Nancy Milliken has arranged for  individuals representing a wide variety of agencies that serve our student population to network with parents, famillies and caregivers of our students.
